By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Hanuman Chalisa mobile application ("App") or visiting its associated website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial, religious, spiritual, and devotional purposes on compatible mobile devices that you own or control.

• Personal Devotion: The App is designed for individual prayer, recitation of Shri Hanuman Chalisa, Ashtak, Bajrang Baan, Aarti, Jaap Mala chanting, and devotional study.
• Non-Commercial Use: You may not exploit the App or any part thereof for commercial profit, resale, or sublicensing.
• Family & Community Sharing: Sharing devotional verse cards and chanting in family or community prayer gatherings is warmly encouraged.

Our application respects the sacred spiritual heritage while protecting the original creative work and technical software engineering:

• Sacred Devotional Texts: The timeless verses of the Shri Hanuman Chalisa, Dohas, Chaupais, Sankat Mochan Hanumanashtak, Bajrang Baan, and Hanuman Aarti authored by Goswami Tulsidas and ancient saints belong to the spiritual public domain.
• App Code & Original Design: The proprietary software code, user interface designs, custom iconography, illustrations, graphics, typography styling, audio arrangements, sound engineering, database schemas, and digital adaptations are the exclusive intellectual property of Nilesh Gajjan and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• Audio & Media: Audio tracks, recitations, and video streams provided within the App are licensed or curated strictly for streaming within the App. Unauthorized extraction, duplication, re-uploading, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

The App provides diverse devotional features intended to assist your daily spiritual practice (Sadhana):

When using the App, you agree that you will not:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decode, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or its APIs.
• Modify, adapt, translate, enhance, or create derivative works based upon the App's UI, graphics, or code.
• Bypass, alter, or disable any security safeguards, including Firebase App Check, DRM protections, or ad-serving technologies.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content, audio files, or application assets.
• Use the App for any unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or disruptive purpose, or in any manner contrary to the devotional spirit of the App.

To maintain the App as a free devotional resource for devotees worldwide, the App integrates third-party services:

• Google AdMob: The App displays advertisements delivered by Google AdMob. Ad content is managed by Google and third-party ad networks. We do not endorse the products or services advertised.
• Google Firebase & Analytics: Used for anonymous authentication, crash diagnostics (Crashlytics), app integrity protection (App Check), and pseudonymous usage telemetry (Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase) to monitor engagement trends, improve audio and reading reliability, and guide upcoming feature updates without collecting personal identities.
• Third-Party Content & Links: The App or website may provide links to external websites, streaming servers, or resources. We have no control over and assume no liability for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party platforms.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), the following terms apply:

• Acknowledgment: These Terms are concluded solely between you and Nilesh Gajjan, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or the content thereof.
• Scope of License: The license granted to you for the iOS version of the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products running iOS/iPadOS that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Maintenance & Support: The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.
• Warranty & Refund: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple and Google have no warranty obligations with respect to the App. In the event of any failure to conform to an applicable warranty on iOS, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); all other claims are the sole responsibility of the Developer.
• Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

The App and all devotional texts, audio tracks, videos, and graphics are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

While utmost care, reverence, and devotion have been invested into ensuring scriptural accuracy, authentic pronunciation, and high-fidelity recitation across all supported languages, we make no representations or warranties that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely bug-free, or compatible with all device configurations.
• Audio playback, network streaming, or background audio services will operate without interruption during network outages or OS battery-saving restrictions.
• Local reminder notifications will be delivered accurately if restricted by operating system power management or 'Do Not Disturb' settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Nilesh Gajjan or any affiliates, collaborators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the App.
• Any loss of locally stored user data, devotional streaks, or preferences resulting from app reinstallation, device reset, or system cache clearing.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our servers or third-party media streams.
• Any mobile carrier data charges incurred through the streaming of audio or video content.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms periodically to reflect updates to the App, platform policy adjustments, or regulatory requirements.

Your continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted signifies your acceptance of the revised terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time simply by uninstalling and ceasing all use of the App.

These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gujarat, India.
